We will then give you as much information about the lot as possible. Then if you feel that this is the right property and you and would like to buy it, We will make it as easy as signing a birthday card. Here is how it works.
Their are three ways to buy land from us.
1. We will close with you own Title Company.
You give us the name and address of the title company you would like to close with. We will prepare the land sales agreement between both parties and over night the paper work for you to sign and mail out with your deposit in our prepaid overnight mailer. Your title company will take care of the sale.
2. We will close with our title company. Associated Land Title of Ocala Florida.
We will prepare the land sales agreement between both parties and over night the paper work for you to sign and mail out with your deposit in our prepaid overnight mailer to Associated Land Titles. The whole possess will be completed threw the mail and will take about 3 to 4 weeks to complete. The cost is about $600.00
3. We will prepare the Land Sales Agreement and Deed in house.
This is the most efficient way to buy land from tryourland.com.
We will prepare the land sales agreement between both parties and over night the paper work for you to sign and mail out with your full payment in our prepaid overnight mailer to us tryourland.com. We will then prepare the deed and all necessary forms and over night them back to you for inspection, Then the deed and state forms are to be sent to the county in our prepaid mailer for recording. We pay for the deed to be recorded and tax stamps. This take about 1 week and cost you the customer $200.00
